AI FOR LAW FIRMS

We deploy AI agents that find the money your firm is losing

Practice management systems hold the data. Nobody's looking at it. We connect AI agents to Clio, your billing, and your marketing — and they find the revenue you're leaving on the table. At our first legal engagement, we found £209K in lost revenue in month one.

New to legal. Not new to operations.

We deployed our first legal engagement in April 2026. It's early. But the early results are real: £209K in revenue leakage found, 71% of open matters flagged as dormant, billing scorecards deployed for every fee earner.

The AI agent patterns we use — connecting to APIs, unifying data, automating reporting, finding what humans miss — are the same ones we've deployed across 3 e-commerce businesses over 18+ months. Legal is a new industry for us. The methodology isn't new.

What We Deploy at Law Firms

Practice Management Agent

AI agent connecting to Clio (or your PMS). Tracks matter health, flags dormant cases, monitors fee earners working beyond funded amounts, automates matter suspension workflows. 56 tools deployed at our current engagement.

Billing Analytics

Real-time billing dashboards synced from your practice management system. Revenue leakage detection (NULL time entries, unbilled work). Fee earner profitability tracking. Monthly trends and collections analysis. Powered by Supabase for sub-second queries.

Marketing Automation

Google Ads, GA4, and Search Console integration. Lead attribution from Clio Growth. We audit your paid spend, track which channels drive actual matters (not just clicks), and automate reporting across all 4 practice divisions.

Data Unification

Law firms run on disconnected systems. We connect them. Practice management, billing, marketing, and analytics — unified into one data layer. At our current engagement, we unified 4 practice divisions into a single operations view.

How It Works

01

Discovery Call

We talk. You tell us where it hurts — billing leakage, dormant matters, fee earner utilization, marketing that isn't tracked. We find the quick wins together and agree on where to start.

02

Results in Two Weeks

We start with impactful, easy projects. Automated billing reports. KPI dashboards for partners. Connecting your PMS to your marketing data. AI agents that flag revenue leakage in real time. You see results fast, not after a six-month implementation.

03

We Stay and Operate

We keep the agents running. Dedicated Slack Connect channel. On hand 24/7. We educate your team on the benefits, roll out AI across departments, and keep finding new margin. The agents get smarter. Your firm gets more efficient.

Common Questions

Have you worked with law firms before?

One active engagement, deployed April 2026. It's our first legal client. We're honest about that. But the AI agent patterns we deploy are proven across 18+ months of e-commerce work — the methodology is the same, the industry is new.

What practice management systems do you work with?

Currently deployed on Clio (Manage, Growth, and Billing). Our MCP agent architecture connects to any system with an API, so PracticePanther, Smokeball, LEAP, and others are all viable. The integration work is the same pattern regardless of PMS.

How much does it cost?

Base retainer plus performance fee tied to measurable results — revenue recovered, billing improvements, operational savings. If we don't find meaningful improvements, we don't earn the performance component. The audit phase is typically 2-4 weeks.

What data do you need access to?

API access to your practice management system (read-only for the audit phase). Google Ads, GA4, and Search Console if you run paid marketing. We don't need access to client files or privileged communications — we work with operational and billing data only.

Can AI really help a law firm?

Yes. Law firms generate enormous amounts of operational data that nobody analyses: billing patterns, matter lifecycles, fee earner utilization, marketing attribution, client acquisition costs. AI agents connect to these systems and surface insights that are invisible to manual review. At our first engagement, we found £209K in revenue leakage that had been accumulating for months — just from time entries with no associated bill.

Let's find what your firm is losing

We'll connect to your practice management system, run the numbers, and show you exactly where revenue is leaking. No obligation. If the numbers aren't there, we'll tell you.
